Thank you for your interest in Sandra Jonas Publishing House. We are currently seeking fiction and nonfiction manuscripts. Our genre requests:
Fiction: mystery/thriller, historical, romance
Nonfiction: memoir, biography, how-to, health, fitness
We are not accepting children’s books or poetry at this time.
We encourage both first-time authors and seasoned pros to contact us. Begin the submission process by sending us a query letter. It must include the following:
- Brief synopsis of the book and how it differs from other titles
- Information about you and your qualifications for writing the book
- Ideas for reaching your audience
- The first three to five pages of the manuscript
Email your query letter to leeschaffer.sjp@gmail.com and write “Query Letter” in the subject line. Attach the document as a PDF or Word document.
If your project grabs our attention, we will request a full manuscript and marketing plan (fiction) or a proposal and three sample chapters (nonfiction). Expect a response within six weeks.
